 Agreement to Terms: By placing an order with Air Cowboy Clothing CO., you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This agreement forms a legally binding contract between you and Air Cowboy Clothing Co.. 

Order Process

Orders will be processed after payment is received and verified.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

If you have questions about an order, please contact Air Cowboy Clothing Co. within 5 days of the order date.

All orders are subject to availability.

Payment Terms

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover & Paypal
Payment is due at the time of order placement. 

Air Cowboy Clothing CO. reserves the right to refuse any order, regardless of payment method. 

Sales tax or VAT may be applicable depending on your location and purchase details. 

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary depending on the order and shipping method chosen.

  • We will provide tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, but we will assist in tracking issues.

  • Air Cowboy Clothing CO. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit if the delivery carrier's insurance does not cover the loss. 

Return & Refund Policy

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through Air Cowboy Clothing Co.

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

  • Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 5 days of receiving the item. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of Air Cowboy Clothing CO.

  • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 5 days for a possible exchange or replacement.

  • Incomplete Service: If a purchased service is not fully delivered, resending a replacement may be considered.

  • Expired Products: Receiving a product in an expired condition warrants a report to our Customer Service within 5 days for a replacement.
